Important legal information for participants of Novastockpro floral workshops across Australia. Please read carefully.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your booking and attendance at Novastockpro workshops. By booking a workshop you agree to our terms, payment and cancellation conditions, and health & safety rules. We operate under Australian law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law).

Booking: Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Prices shown include GST where applicable. We may cancel or change workshop details; in such cases we will notify you and offer alternatives or refunds.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Australia)

We provide refunds or transfers in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. For standard public workshops:

Full refund if we cancel the workshop.
Transfer to another date if you provide >14 days notice (credit or transfer less any admin fees).
*** refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop; requests for exceptional compassionate circumstances are assessed case-by-case.

For private or corporate bookings different terms may apply; these will be stated in your booking confirmation.

Consumer Rights (ACL)

Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (guarantees, remedies for major failures) remain unaffected by these terms.

Privacy & Data — Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)

We collect personal information required to process bookings, manage workshops, and communicate with you. We handle personal data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988. Our full Privacy Policy explains:

Intellectual Property

All course materials, images, layouts and branding provided by Novastockpro are protected by copyright and other IP laws. You may use materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.

Liability & Safety

Workshops involve handling tools and natural materials. By attending you accept the inherent risks and agree to follow instructor directions. To the extent permitted by law, Novastockpro's liability is limited. Nothing in these terms affects non-excludable statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please inform us of medical conditions or allergies when booking. We may refuse participation where a condition poses safety risks.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to participants' personal property. Please secure valuables.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

We seek to resolve disputes promptly. Please contact us at Novastockpro@outlook.com or via phone. If unresolved, consumers may pursue remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or contact the OAIC for privacy complaints. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
